The outdoor oasis Happy Goat Retreat offers will relax anyone and everyone. Our barndo features a community large smoke, an extra-large kamado ceramic grill and a caja china box to roast a pig. Furthermore, each cargo home is outfitted with its own high-end grill. Grilling during the day and roasting smores during the evening while watching the stars results in a relaxing, lifetime experience. Our outdoor scenery features two ponds and a custom-built luxury pool, and also includes a short walk to Lake Conroe and the Stow-A-Way Marina, giving guests the comfort of luxury living. We also have plenty of happy goats to help relieve any stress after a busy holiday. Guests are free to interact with the goats as well as feed them treats.

Guests can rest up in comfort and choose between two types of luxury stay experiences: Bijou or Deluxe. Our Bijou option offers the ultimate coziness! With top-of-the-line amenities, each home includes a private fire pit, luxury linens, a private rooftop deck perfect for dinner, stargazing or enjoying a morning cup of coffee, free WIFI, a fully furnished kitchenette, and so much more! The Bijou cargo homes sleep up to two adults comfortably with a queen-size bed. The kitchenette and dining areas feature an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker, microwave, and dining table for two. Each home also includes a full-size, custom-tiled shower and spacious bathroom.

Our Deluxe option offers a unique, unforgettable lodging experience. Offering most of the perks of our Bijou cargo home, the Deluxe sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably. With one private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, this space is perfect for families looking to unplug and reconnect. The kitchenette, bathroom, and dining areas feature the same amenities as our Bijou selection, but with more space for additional guests.
Nestled in Willis, TX, Happy Goat Retreat is minutes away from several of Texas's top tourist destinations. Guests can seek adventure at nearby attractions such as Lake Conroe, The Grand Theater, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, to name a few!
