40-ft container home featuring a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa sleeper.

The Cadillac – Sleeps 10
Spacious 3,000-sq.-ft. private home featuring a downstairs king bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom and an additional bedroom with two full-size beds, each with a twin trundle. The home includes two full bathrooms, including a Jack-and-Jill bathroom upstairs.

Bijou Cargo Tiny Homes

Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for two, our 20-ft Bijou Cargo Tiny Homes are designed for a relaxing getaway at Happy Goat Retreat.

Each Bijou features a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and induction cooktop.


Step outside and head up to your private rooftop deck, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or relax together under the Texas stars.


End the evening around your private smokeless fire pit, roast some marshmallows, and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.




Deluxe Cargo Tiny Homes

Spacious and comfortable, our 40-ft Deluxe Cargo Tiny Homes are perfect for couples, families, or a getaway with friends and comfortably sleep up to four guests.

Each Deluxe features a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and induction cooktop, perfect for preparing simple meals and snacks during your stay.

You'll also find a convenient storage cubby stocked with extra towels, pillows, and blankets for your comfort.

Step outside, fire up your private grill, and enjoy a relaxing evening together at Happy Goat Retreat.

The Cadillac House

Gather together in our spacious 3,000-sq.-ft. Cadillac House, designed for families and groups of up to 10 guests.

The first floor features a king-size bedroom with a private master bathroom and spacious walk-in shower.

This is the only bathroom on the first floor and is accessed through the master bedroom. A second bathroom is located upstairs.

In the living room there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you'll find another king-size bedroom and a third bedroom with two full-size beds, each with a twin trundle, plus a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. 

The large, open kitchen and oversized granite island make it easy to cook, share meals, and spend time together.

Enjoy a game of foosball, relax in the spacious living areas, or head outside to your private outdoor seating area with a fire pit—a perfect place to unwind and enjoy your time together.





Bijou Cargo Homes
For the ultimate in coziness, choose our Bijou Cargo Homes! Roast marshmallows over the fire pit with your special someone, or enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars on a private rooftop deck. With top-of-the-line amenities, each of our Bijou Cargo Homes includes a private fire pit, luxury linens, private deck, free WIFI, a fully furnished kitchenette, and so much more!

Our Bijou Cargo Homes sleep up to two adults comfortably with a queen-size bed. The kitchenette and dining areas feature an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker, microwave, and dining table for two. Each of our Bijou Cargo Homes includes a full-size, custom tiled shower and spacious bathroom.
Deluxe Cargo Homes
Happy Goat Retreat's luxury Cargo Container homes offer a unique, unforgettable lodging experience. With top-of-the-line amenities, each of our Deluxe Cargo Homes includes a fire pit, luxury linens, private deck, free WIFI, a fully furnished kitchenette, and so much more!

Our Deluxe Cargo Homes sleep up to 4 adult guests comfortably. With one private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, this space is perfect for families looking to unplug and reconnect.
